【台灣・食】阿花的幸福手作甜點之紅酒蘋果提拉米蘇 / 【Eat in Taiwan】A Flower Sweets Handmade Dessert : Red Wine Apple Tiramisu



第一次吃到朋友阿花的手作甜點是在高雄,吃的應該是藍莓塔和其他種類的水果塔。那時跟朋友一起分食,入口時真的很驚豔,三兩下就像蝗蟲過境一樣屍骨無存!我是喜歡吃塔皮的人,但很討厭吃起來乾澀,不過阿花做的完全不會。雖然當時只有吃到幾口,可是已足以令人印象深刻。我記得那時還有人偷偷拿來給我說:「趕快吃,現在不吃等一下就會消失了!」
The first time I had Claire's handmade dessert was in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I think what I had was her blueberry tart and other kinds of fruit tart. At that time, I was sharing with other friends, and I was really amazed when I had my first bite. The whole box of tarts was raided and disappeared shortly after. I am a fan of tart crust, but I really don't like it when it's too dry. Yet, that is not the case for Claire's, and although I only had a few bites of her desserts, it was already enough to left an impression. I remember someone even secretly brought her dessert to me and said "eat it now, or it will be all gone really soon!"




我平常不會上網購買宅配食物或甜點,但在中秋節將近一個月前,我在阿花的甜點粉絲頁上看到她做了紅酒蘋果提拉米蘇!阿花用紅酒煮過的蘋果取代萊姆酒及手指餅乾,所以絕對不是你平常吃到的提拉米蘇。而且,它是用一公升的盒子裝來的,過沒多久馬上就讓我心動的私訊阿花,訂來在家人聚會時共享,順便當自己的生日蛋糕 :) 本來以為中秋節蛋黃酥訂單滿滿,不確定趕不趕得到,結果阿花早就貼心的想到我應該是想要在中秋節吃,剛好在前一天完好無缺的抵達。
I don't usually order home delivery food or dessert, but around a month before the Moon Festival, I saw Claire made red wine apple tiramisu on her dessert fanpage! Instead of using ladyfingers and rum, she diced apples up and cooked it in red wine, so it's definitely not the kind of tiramisu you normally have. In addition, it was delivered in an one liter box, so I just had to message Claire and order one for family gathering and to be my birthday cake :) I wasn't sure if the tiramisu would make it on time since she already had many orders from people who wanted her salty egg yolk pastry for the Moon Festival. However, Claire was very thoughtful and knew that I wanted the tiramisu for the festival well, and the delivery arrived my home just the day before.


我喜歡不會過甜的甜點,完全可以自己拿湯匙把一公升的提拉米蘇當冰淇淋吃個精光啊~一公升剛好讓我們十一個人每人吃了一塊,吸了飽飽紅酒的蘋果和苦澀的可可粉搭得恰到好處,結合馬斯卡彭起司的綿密、還有蘋果的香脆,不僅唇齒留香,配杯煎茶也嘟嘟好~吃完後竟然還有一點微醺感,表妹說也有吃到些許的肉桂味,每個家人都讚不絕口!表妹完食後還立刻開始滑粉絲頁,一直說藍莓塔看起來超誘人。光是看照片就能接收到阿花對於做甜點的熱忱了,每個作品都精緻又美麗,吃完真的有溫暖的感覺。
I like desserts that aren't too sweet, and I could totally get a spoon and ate the entire one liter tiramisu all by myself just like I would with ice cream. A liter was a perfect size for all 11 people. The apple completely soaked up the red wine and complimented the bitterness of cocoa powder fairly well. The softness of mascarpone cheese and the crunchiness of apple made good combination with a cup of tea. I think I even felt a bit tipsy after I had my slice. My cousin said she tasted some cinnamon in there, and all my relatives loved it! My cousin was already looking up Claire's fan page and wouldn't stop saying how sinfully delicious those blueberry tarts look. I could certainly reciprocate Claire's passion for making desserts solely by viewing the photos. Every single one of them is a delicate piece of beautiful art, and it really warmed up my life :)


阿花是一人廚房,所以想訂要早點說!(詳情就看花甜裡夏。阿花的手作甜點吧!)我的提拉米蘇做好兩天從高雄兩天就抵達台北囉,味道依然新鮮。她還有手工餅乾、水果塔、常溫蛋糕、鮮奶油蛋糕,沒有店面,高雄人可以自取喲 ~ 好吃才推薦(我絕對有看到阿姨舔盤子。)
Claire makes the desserts all by herself, so if you want to order from her, you must message her in advance. She notified me when the dessert was ready, and my tiramisu only took a day or two to arrive freshly from Kaohsiung to Taipei after I transferred the payment to her. Her page is only in Chinese, but I would be more than happy to help out if you want one :) She doesn't have a shop, but you live around Kaohsiung, you could pick up the dessert. She also has cookies and cakes. I wouldn't recommend if it wasn't so delicious! (and I definitely saw my aunt licking her plate :P)
